For customers in the USA and Canada, the shipping time is estimated to be 2-5 business days, while for the rest of the world, it typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery from the moment your order is confirmed.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24-72 hours of shipment.


If your items arrived damaged or you received an incorrect item, please contact us with your name and order number. You do not need to initiate a return in the Returns Center for damaged or incorrect items. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Return Policy

We accept in-mail returns for international orders only. If you have questions regarding an international return, please contact us with your order details. Shipping for returns from outside the United States is at your own cost.
