RETURN AND EXCHANGE

We do not provide shipping labels for any returns/exchanges unless the item(s) is damaged or a mistake was made on our end. Please make sure to notify us of any damages or discrepancies in the order within seven (3) business days of receipt.ย We offer returns on damaged or defective items. While we don't accept returns for other reasons, you can shop with confidence knowing we stand by the quality of our products. There are no exceptions.

Please make sure to email us regarding any returns for an RA (Return Authorization).

There will be a 15% restocking fee for any items returned without their original packaging. There will be a 20% restocking fee for items returned to us without an RA, refused and rejected packages, or past the 3-day grace period.

All sale and promotional items are for FINAL SALE no exceptions.

We will not accept any returns received after 14 days from the order delivery date.

Whether the evidence is compelling or not will ultimately be determined by Grub Stock.

Exchanges

The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. This includes the cost for us to ship out the merchandise youโ€™re exchanging for.

You can exchange it for a different style or color. All exchanges are based on stock availability.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new itemย and If the replacement item is less expensive than the original, the difference will be refunded back to you via store credit. If the replacement item is more expensive than the item returned, you will be responsible for the balance owed. You may return the original item for credit to be applied to any future order.

Not shipped after processing time

Contact us first to confirm whether the goods have been shipped. If the goods have already been shipped, the buyer needs to contact the logistics company to arrange for redelivery.
